Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager (Engineering) to drive growth in member and affiliate partnerships across services and subscriptions. The role focuses on relationship management, upselling and cross-selling, and identifying commercial opportunities within a professional services/engineering context.

Based in Bracknell or commutable from nearby towns, you will travel across the UK, maintain CRM records, and provide market insights to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing member and affiliate accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the organisation's full range of services and subscriptions.
• Build strong client relationships, represent the organisation at industry events, and encourage engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines, and provide commercial reporting and market insights.
