Rise Technical Recruitment in Reading (field-based) is seeking a Technical Sales Representative with construction industry experience to manage existing accounts and develop new business across the region.

You will visit sites, provide technical product support, and build strong client relationships while benefiting from comprehensive training and progression opportunities within an international group.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, plant, tool hire or related industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and commercially minded.
• Eager to learn and develop within technical sales.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Generating new business opportunities across the region
• Visiting construction sites and meeting customers
• Identifying opportunities through leads and market information
• Providing technical and product support to customers
• Managing sales administration and account activity
• One day per week completing administration from the branch
• Covering the Reading territory
