We are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every learner can thrive. As part of our ambitious Small Changes BIG Impact (SCBI) Strategy, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, innovative and learner-focused SCBI Coaches to help embed inclusive practice across the Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role, working directly with learners and teaching staff to ensure that students with SEND and additional learning needs can access high-quality, inclusive learning within mainstream provision. As an SCBI Coach, you will work across all provision types, providing real-time coaching, intervention and support that helps teachers create inclusive classrooms and enables learners to succeed. You will support the early identification of learner needs and work collaboratively with curriculum, pastoral and Learning Support teams to implement inclusive strategies that remove barriers to learning, promote positive outcomes and embed the principle that every teacher is a teacher of SEND.
