East Surrey College and John Ruskin College are seeking a Learning & Skills Coach to join the Inclusion Team, supporting learners with additional needs to thrive in and out of the classroom. You will provide tailored support, encourage independence and confidence, and help students develop the skills they need for education, employment and life, working alongside teachers and specialist staff.
Applicants should have experience in learning support and a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths,
College location: East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)
Salary: £26,366 - £29,373 FTE (£23,181.80 - £25,825.65 based on 38 weeks per year) subject to qualifications, skills, and experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 - 5 pm (Part time opportunities available - minimum 3 days)
