Job summary

City Skills is recruiting six SCBI Coaches as part of the Small Changes BIG Impact (SCBI) Strategy. The role focuses on embedding inclusive practice and supporting learners with SEND across Eccles and partner colleges.

You will work with teaching staff to deliver real-time coaching and targeted interventions, promoting inclusive classrooms and positive learner outcomes. The positions are fixed term until 31 July 2027, 36 hours per week, term-time only, with on-site locations across Eccles Sixth

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time coaching, intervention and support to embedding inclusive practice across the Group.
• Support learners with SEND and additional learning needs to access high-quality, inclusive learning within mainstream provision.
• Work across all provision types and collaborate with curriculum, pastoral and Learning Support teams to implement inclusive strategies.
