Cheshire College South & West is seeking a Learner Wellbeing and Inclusion Coach to support learners through one-to-one and small-group sessions, helping them overcome emotional and physical barriers to learning at Ellesmere Port.
You will manage a caseload of SEND and disadvantaged learners, track progress in college systems, and collaborate with curriculum, pastoral and wellbeing teams while upholding safeguarding and equality standards.
Salary: £29,838 - £32,579 pro rata per annum, (£25,362 - £27,692 per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, 36 weeks and 1 day per year
Location: Ellesmere Port
