Job summary

Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Learning & Skills Coach to support learners with additional needs across its inclusion team. You will provide tailored guidance, promote independence and confidence, and help students gain essential skills for education, employment and life.

Working alongside teachers and specialists, you’ll contribute to an inclusive learning environment where every learner can succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Level 2 English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• Willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.

Monday - Friday 8:45 - 5 pm (Part time opportunities available - minimum 3 days)

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience supporting young people with additional learning needs.
• Is passionate about inclusion and student success.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can motivate, encourage and inspire learners to achieve their goals
• Relevant qualification in learning support or in a related area or willing to work towards one
• Has Level 2 qualification / GCSE in English and Maths
