Small Changes BIG Impact (SCBI) coaches are being recruited to join a collaborative team across Eccles Sixth Form College and partner sites. The roles focus on coaching learners with SEND to access high-quality inclusive learning within mainstream provision, working directly with learners and teaching staff.

Coaches will identify needs early and support teachers to remove barriers, promoting the principle that every teacher is a teacher of SEND and contributing to our inclusivity agenda across

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time coaching, intervention and support to teachers to embed inclusive practice across settings.
• Support early identification of learner needs and collaborate with curriculum, pastoral and Learning Support teams to implement inclusive strategies.
