Job summary

Dunbia Group in Dungannon is seeking motivated individuals for roles at the Primary Site. The position involves cattle and sheep slaughtering, dressing, and evisceration in line with welfare regulations and DAERA guidelines, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the slaughter, dressing and evisceration of cattle and sheep in accordance with animal welfare regulations and DAERA guidelines.
• Ensure production runs efficiently by working as a team; maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
