Job summary

Dunbia in Scotland (Highland site, Saltcoats) is recruiting permanent factory operatives for the abattoir. The role is fast-paced, with targets and customer specifications; Monday–Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm. PPE provided, training given, no prior experience required.

You will prepare beef carcasses, pack meat, clean surfaces, report issues, and follow strict food safety rules. Benefits include casual dress, free parking, onsite parking, referral programme, and subsidized canteen.

At our Highland site we process beef only and have over 300 employees. We’re based in Saltcoats with strong transport links.

We are currently recruiting for permanent factory operatives to work in the abattoir. It’s a fast-paced environment, with targets and customer specifications to achieve.

All PPE equipment will be supplied at no extra cost to you.

Monday – Friday

7.30am – 4.30pm

£12.71 per hour (Weekly Pay)
