Job summary

Dunbia Group in Dungannon is seeking motivated individuals for roles at the Primary Site. The position involves cattle and sheep slaughtering, dressing, and evisceration in line with welfare regulations and DAERA guidelines, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are determined, good communicators, and able to work autonomously within a team to achieve high customer satisfaction. Comprehensive training and progression opportunities are provided.

• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Essential

• Must be a determined individual and willing to learn

Desirable

• Experience in Slaughter Hall Environment
• The ability to demonstrate knife skills.
