Job summary

Osborne Appointments is recruiting an Internal Sales Representative to support growth in the UK market. The role is office-based in Elstree, 3–4 days a week, with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus commission (pro rata for part-time).

You will handle inbound enquiries, conduct outbound activity, qualify opportunities and convert leads across skincare tech products and services. Excellent telephone skills and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, sales support or customer service.
• Proven telephone sales experience with inbound and outbound activity.
• Experience qualifying leads, managing pipelines and converting opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident telephone manner with strong closing skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or similar systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound sales enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and follow up leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Convert qualified leads into sales including products, services and warranties.
• Build relationships, handle objections and provide excellent service.
• Arrange call-backs, demonstrations and appointments with sales consultants.
• Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines and timely follow-up.
• Support sales consultants with lead management and administration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support and Marketing to meet requirements.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Provide sales reporting and feedback on market opportunities.
