Job summary

Osborne Appointments is recruiting a Sales Executive for a client in the skincare technology sector. The role focuses on managing inbound enquiries, conducting outbound activity and converting leads into sales across products and services.

Based in Elstree, the position is office-based, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, with part-time options. Salary is £30,000-£35,000 plus commission (pro rata for part-time) and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, inside sales, sales support or business development.
• Proven telephone sales experience with inbound and outbound activity.
• Experience qualifying leads, managing pipelines and converting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound sales enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Convert qualified leads into sales including products, services and warranties.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage objections with excellent service.
• Arrange call-backs, demonstrations and appointments, logging activities in CRM.
• Support sales consultants with lead management and sales administration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support and Marketing to meet requirements.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets and monitor pipeline performance.
