Job summary

OA are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join our client's growing team in Elstree. You will manage inbound enquiries, conduct outbound activity and convert leads into sales across skincare technology and services.

The role is office-based, 3-4 days per week, with a salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus commission (pro rata for part-time). Successful candidates will have a confident telephone manner, strong customer focus and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, sales support or customer service.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics CRM or similar) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound sales enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities, follow up leads, quotations and dormant accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Convert qualified leads into sales, including products, accessories, service plans and warranties.
• Build strong customer relationships, handle objections and provide excellent service.
• Arrange call-backs, demonstrations and appointments, referring larger opportunities to the appropriate sales consultant.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support sales consultants with lead management, appointments and sales administration.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and Marketing to meet customer requirements.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, monitoring activity, conversion and pipeline performance.
• Provide sales reporting and feedback on customer needs, objections and market opportunities.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches and wider commercial initiatives.
