Training 2000, now operating in Blackburn, invites applications for a Skills Development Coach in Engineering with a focus on fabrication, welding and sheet metal. You will manage engineering apprentices through onboarding to End Point Assessment, guiding their knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed in their careers and building strong employer relationships across the region.
The role requires industry experience in fabrication/welding, Level 2 literacy/numeracy/ICT and Level 3 engineering
£31,500-£33,500 gross per annum
Full Time - 37hrs per week

As we continue to invest in our facilities, expertise and apprenticeship provision, we are looking for a motivated Skills Development Coach to join our Engineering team based at the Furthergate Business Park, Harwood Street, Blackburn.
As a Skills Development Coach with a specialism in fabrication, welding and/or sheet metal, you will manage a caseload of Engineering Apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment (EPA).
You will provide expert guidance, coaching, assessment and support, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to succeed in their careers while building strong relationships with employers across the region.
