Skilled Labourers

We are recruiting Skilled Labourers to join our client, a specialist provider of protective coating systems that help protect and extend the life of critical assets. This is a hands‑on role working with pipework and associated applications, initially based in a factory environment while full training is provided.After training the role will become site based, both in the UK and abroad, so being available to work away from home will be essential

The Role

As a Skilled Labourer, you will support production and coating operations, carrying out manual labouring duties, assisting with blasting processes, and helping prepare products for protective coating applications.

Duties Will Include

• Manual labouring duties, including lifting and moving materials safely
• Assisting with blasting of pipes, joints, and associated applications
• Working on blast coating pipework and joints to apply protective coatings
• Supporting the pre-qualification testing area
• Quality checking products to ensure required standards are met
• Following health, safety, and quality procedures at all times

About You

Comfortable carrying out physical, hands‑on work

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Able to work as part of a team in a busy production environment

Good attention to detail when checking product quality

Previous labouring, production, coating, blasting, or industrial experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided

Hours and Pay

• Factory hours - Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
• Weekend work available as and when required
• Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
• Accommodation and travel provided when on site, plus a daily food allowance of £25 is paid.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Additional Information
