If the answers are yes, we are hiring for a Shift Engineer on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing business that is prepared to invest significantly in developing engineers who demonstrate the right attitude and appetite to learn.
This opportunity would suit an engineer at the earlier stages of their career, somebody moving from a production or maintenance background, or a time-served engineer looking to join a business that values attitude and potential as much as experience. The business recognises that good engineers are hard to find and is committed to developing and retaining people who are willing to learn, get involved and build a long‑term future with the company.
