Winsearch is recruiting a Skilled Labourer for a client specializing in protective coating systems. The role is factory-based with full training provided, supporting production and coating operations in a hands-on capacity in Burnley, UK.

You will perform manual labour, assist with blasting, and help prepare products for coatings while adhering to safety and quality standards. The position offers a path to field-based work after training and potential permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of manual labour and lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy production environment.
• Full training provided; previous labouring or coating experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manual labouring duties and lifting/moving materials safely.
• Assisting with blasting processes for pipes and joints.
• Working on blast coating pipework and joints.
• Supporting the pre-qualification testing area.
• Quality checking products to ensure standards.
• Following health, safety and quality procedures.
