Job summary

Proman is seeking a Multiskilled Operative for site-based work in EXE4. The role covers blending, concreting, and insulation, with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Immediate start, long-term ongoing opportunity for reliable candidates with hands-on experience.

Applicants must hold a valid Blue CSCS Card and be able to work safely as part of a team, providing and wearing their own PPE. Competitive pay offered for full-time site work.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Operative to join a busy and growing project team. This is an ongoing opportunity for reliable candidates with hands‑on experience in blending, concreting, and insulation works.

• Concreting works, including preparation, pouring, and finishing
