Job summary

Winsearch in Atherton, Greater Manchester, is seeking an experienced Paint / Coatings Sprayer to join our heavy engineering team. You will prepare surfaces, apply industrial paints, and finish coatings on fabricated components.

This permanent, full-time role offers 39 hours per week with overtime at 1.5x. We value skilled coatings professionals, with 2K paint experience and a commitment to quality workmanship in a safety-focused environment.

Paint / Coatings Sprayer

Location: Atherton, Greater Manchester

Salary: £16.60 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week

Overtime: Available at 1.5x hourly rate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paint / Coatings Sprayer to join our growing team in Atherton. Working within a heavy engineering environment, you will be responsible for the preparation, application and finishing of protective coating systems on a variety of fabricated and engineered components.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience applying coatings to structural steelwork.
• ICATS qualification.
• Experience within heavy engineering, manufacturing, fabrication or industrial environments.
