Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join the Empty Homes team on a permanent basis. The role covers Sheffield, Barnsley and Chesterfield, and is a 40-hour per week position. A full UK driving licence is required, and a basic DBS check will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

You should live in the Sheffield area to reach residents promptly. You will be an experienced Labourer with strong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks.

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Empty Homes team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible. Our Skilled Labourer role will be covering the Sheffield, Barnsley, Chesterfield area. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week. We are a resident focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Labourer, but you will also have great customer service skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. The successful candidate will live in the Sheffield area to be able to reach our residents in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
