Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join the Empty Homes team, covering the Sheffield, Barnsley, and Chesterfield area. This permanent, full-time role requires a full UK driving licence, a basic DBS check, and a focus on delivering responsive housing services to residents.

You will work across occupied properties to perform damp and mould treatments, property and garden clearance, and basic grounds maintenance while supporting other trades team members.

Job description

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Empty Homes team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible.

Our Skilled Labourer role will be covering the Sheffield, Barnsley, Chesterfield area. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week.

We are a resident focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Labourer, but you will also have great customer service skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

The successful candidate will live in the Sheffield area to be able to reach our residents in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

Key essential requirements of the role
