Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join the Empty Homes team on a permanent basis. The role covers Sheffield, Barnsley and Chesterfield, and is a 40-hour per week position. A full UK driving licence is required, and a basic DBS check will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

You should live in the Sheffield area to reach residents promptly. You will be an experienced Labourer with strong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with ability to work to targets.
• Willingness to carry out physical tasks and lifts.
• Ability to work in damp and mould environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
• Property and garden clearance.
• Basic ground maintenance.
• Assist other trades team members as required.
• Work in a customer-focused environment within agreed performance targets.
• Record data and information accurately.
• Work safely, lifting weights and working at height as required.
