Bournemouth Council is seeking a Skilled Floor Layer to support Bathroom Adaptations, installing safety flooring, vinyl, and cap and cove systems in level access showers and adapted bathrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic safety flooring and waterproofing.
• Proficient in installing cap and cove flooring systems.
• Proven ability to fit vinyl flooring and hot weld finishes to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Install safety flooring in commercial and domestic settings.
• Prepare subfloors and install level access shower room flooring.
• Collaborate with plumbers and other trades on refurbishment projects.
• Complete documentation via iPad and communicate with planners.
