Job summary

Liberty Group in Salford is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a full-time, permanent role in our Responsive Repairs team. You will deliver flooring installations and repairs across occupied social housing properties.

Duties include preparing subfloors, fitting vinyl, carpet, linoleum and timber, and maintaining safety and customer service standards. NVQ Level 2/3 in Floor Laying and a Full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 (or recognised apprenticeship) in Floor laying.
• Experience across all aspects of floor laying and flooring repairs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair a wide range of flooring materials, including vinyl, carpet, tiles and timber
• Prepare subfloors and surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes

Are you an experienced Floor Layer looking for a secure full time role with opportunities to progress? At Liberty, we're looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our team, delivering high-quality flooring and maintenance work across occupied social housing properties.

We're looking for an experienced Floor layer to join our Responsive Repairs team, carrying out high-quality flooring installations and repairs across domestic and commercial properties. You'll work with a variety of materials including vinyl, carpet, Polysafe, linoleum, rubber flooring and timber-based products, delivering excellent workmanship and customer service every day.

What you'll be doing:

What we’re looking for:
