Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a 3-month temporary-to-permanent social housing contract in Skelmersdale. The successful candidate will install and repair floor coverings in occupied or vacant housing association properties, with responsibilities including sub-floor preparation and fitting vinyl safety or cap-and-cove flooring.

This role includes a company van and fuel card; a valid NVQ Level 2 in floor coverings, DBS (or willing), asbestos awareness, and a UK

• Basic DBS (or be willing to get one in process)
• Asbestos Awareness
• UK driving license with 6 points or less

The pay rate for this role is £23.63PH and the role comes with a company van and fuel card.
