Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e., City & Guilds Level 1&2) required.
  • Full driving licence is essential; PCV licence would be beneficial.

About the Role – Skilled Engineer

  • Vehicle fault diagnostics, vehicle safety inspections, breakdowns, servicing and repairs in accordance with First Bus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures
  • To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
  • To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain and develop technical skills as required

Working Hours

39 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 on a rotation of early and late shifts

Pay

£16.76 p/h £33,989 p/a – with a shift payment of £14.53 per day over 5 days equalling around a possible additional £3000 per year

About You
  • A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2)
