Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Manufacturing Butcher to join our abattoir team. You will debone primals, remove small bones, and prepare meat for trimming in a chilled environment, following safety and quality procedures.

You'll need prior butchery and knife skills, the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced meat production setting, and willingness to follow training on food safety. PPE is provided and must be worn at all times.

Qualifications

• Requires previous butchery and knife skills experience.
• Ability to maintain concentration in a fast-paced meat production environment.
• Fluency with following training and instructions for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Debone primals on the deboning line and remove small bones.
• Prepare primal for trimming and ensure high quality, safe products.
