Morrisons Market Street is seeking a butcher to join our fresh counters. You will handle, cut, and present meat to company specs, helping both in-store and online shoppers choose the right cuts for their meals.

You will cut, bone, min, and wrap primals to exact specifications, maintain displays, and work safely with specialist equipment while delivering friendly, proactive service to customers throughout the trading day.

Qualifications

• Experience in cutting, boning, and preparing meats to a high standard.
• Able to use butchery equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: Deliver outstanding, friendly service at the butcher counter.
• Prepare quality cuts: Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap primals to spec.
• Maintain vibrant displays: Keep fresh meat counters and pre-packaged displays stocked and attractive.
• Keep operations safe and smooth: Use knives, saws, mincing machines, upholding health and hygiene standards.
