Job summary

Morrisons in Greater London is seeking a skilled butcher to join our fresh counters. You will cut, bone, dice, mince, season and wrap primals to company specs, delivering high quality meat for in-store and online shoppers.

You’ll maintain vibrant displays, work safely with knives, saws and mincing machines, and provide friendly, proactive service. The role requires a hands-on team player who can help across counters, with age over 18 due to safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Trained butcher or counter experience with quality fresh meat.
• Ability to cut, bone, dice and mince meat to spec.
• Friendly, proactive service oriented toward customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meat to company specifications for in-store and online shoppers.
• Maintain and restock fresh counter displays to keep them attractive and fresh.
• Safely operate butcher equipment (knives, saws, mincers) following health and safety standards.
