Brightwork is seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our busy team. You will have excellent knife skills, a strong knowledge of meat preparation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

This full-time role runs on a 4-day schedule with a rotating day off Monday to Friday, 6am–4pm. It offers a competitive salary (£28,000–£35,000), generous benefits, and clear career progression.

The rate of pay is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full time role working 4 days, rotating day off Monday to Friday, no weekends. The hours of work are: 6am to 4pm.

Requirements

• Strong knife handling and meat-cutting skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Level 2 Food Safety certificate desirable, but not essential.
