Be Personnel Ltd is recruiting a skilled Butcher to join a local, successful butchery in Scotland. You will prepare and portion meat products, cut, trim and bone carcass sections, and ensure meat is handled safely and stored to maintain freshness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Butcher in food production setting.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
• Certificate or qualification in butchery is desirable.

Our client a local and successful butchery company are seeking a skilled Butcher to join their team in preparing high-quality meats for their customer base.
