TUI Group is hiring at The Snow Centre, Manchester, to join the Crystal Ski Hubs team. You will help customers plan and book ski holidays, and assist with queries before, during, and after travel.

Face-to-face, phone, live chat, and social media support will be used, with training provided to handle various contact methods. The role is based at The Snow Centre, Manchester, with overflow duties to the Customer Contact Centre.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience handling bookings and payments
• Ability to work across multiple channels
• Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns

• Provide honest, expert advice and suggestions when helping customers
• Deliver outstanding service across face-to-face, phone, chat and email
• Handle a high volume of enquiries efficiently and professionally
