TUI Group is hiring for a Crystal Ski Hubs role based at The Snow Centre, Manchester. You will assist customers in planning and booking ski holidays across face-to-face and digital channels, delivering an unforgettable experience from planning to return.

Qualifikationen

• Keen skier or snowboarder with passion for the mountains.
• Strong verbal and written communication across channels.
• Good numerical skills for bookings, payments and holiday details.

• Provide outstanding customer service across face to face, phone, chat, and digital channels.
• Manage a high volume of customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
