Job summary

TUI in Manchester is seeking a customer-focused host for the Crystal Ski Hubs team at The Snow Centre. You will help customers plan and book ski holidays, answer questions before, during, and after travel, and handle face-to-face, phone, email, live chat, and social media inquiries.

You will be trained to provide honest, expert advice, maintain bookings, comply with data protection, and work with a supportive team to hit performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication across channels.
• Keen to help customers with accuracy and empathy.
• Ability to handle bookings and payments with care.
• Flexible to work across shifts 8am–8pm, seven days a week.

Join our Crystal Ski Hubs team and help customers create unforgettable ski holiday memories. Based in our Crystal Hub at the Snow Centre, Manchester, you’ll be helping customers to plan and book their ski holiday and supporting with any questions before they go and when they return. You’ll be trained to handle a variety of contact methods – including face to face, phone, email, live chat and social media. You’ll put customers at the heart of everything we do, by supporting an unforgettable holiday experience every step of the way.

This role will be based at The Snow Centre, Manchester, however, you’ll also act as overflow champion to our Customer Contact Centre. • Strong verbal and written communication skills allow you to engage customers clearly and confidently across all channels
• You have good numerical skills and feel comfortable handling customer bookings, payments, and holiday details accurately
• A team player at heart, you collaborate well with colleagues but are also confident working independently when needed
• Flexibility to work varied shifts between 8am-8pm, seven days a week, fits with your lifestyle
