Guildhall School seeks a SITS Technical Manager to work with the Registrar to develop, support and enhance the student records system (SITS). You will lead on technical integrations and cloud discovery with autonomy over priorities, ensuring projects progress alongside system upgrades.

We are a prestigious, specialist higher education institution with taught degree awarding powers, looking for an experienced SITS Technical Manager to work with the Assistant Registrar - Student Database Support to develop, support and enhance all aspects of our student records system (SITS).
The School has recently signed up to the Tribal HEFS contract, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on technical integration developments and cloud discovery. The role holder will have a high level of autonomy in determining appropriate approaches and priorities to ensure new projects are delivered alongside maintaining the upgrade and system infrastructure.
The role holder will join an experienced and friendly Registry team and will work closely with the IT Team and stakeholders across the institution.
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience working with SITS in a technical capacity, with in-depth knowledge of Tribal SITS functionalities, configurations, and best practices and preferably experiencing of managing system integrations. The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
This role is eligible for hybrid working.

Interviews are expected to be held during the W/C Monday 5th October 2026. The selection process will include a panel interview and a separate technical discussion based on a pre-circulated scenario, designed to explore your approach to solving real-world SITS challenges.
