Job summary

Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London is seeking an experienced SITS Technical Manager to develop, support and enhance the student records system (SITS). You will work with the Assistant Registrar – Student Database Support to deliver integration projects and manage upgrades.

The role offers autonomy with opportunities to lead on technical integration developments, and to collaborate with the IT Team and Registry.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SITS in a technical capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Tribal SITS functionalities and configurations.
• Experience managing system integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on technical integration developments for SITS.
• Maintain upgrades and system infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT and Registry teams across the institution.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions for the student records system.
• Support and develop the SITS environment to meet stakeholder requirements.
