The University of Portsmouth is seeking a candidate to join the Student System Team to support and develop the Student Record Management System (SITS by Tribal Group). The role will primarily act as a liaison between the Student System Team and the business to translate requirements into improvements and new developments for SITS.

The Role: The Student System Team are responsible for the ongoing support and development of the Student Record Management System - SITS by Tribal Group - to ensure that the system remains fit for purpose for its wide range of users. This role will primarily serve as a liaison between the Student System Team and the business to help the team understand the requirements of the business for further improvements and developments in SITS.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days each week, hybrid working is available for this role, with an expectation to be on campus for at least one day every five weeks for team meetings.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 30 September 2026.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 12 May 2028.

Salary Information:New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe.
