Job summary

Guildhall School of Music & Drama seeks a SITS Technical Manager to develop, support and enhance the student records system (SITS). You will work with the Assistant Registrar – Student Database Support to lead on integrations, cloud discovery and ensure ongoing upgrades, while collaborating with the IT team and stakeholders across the institution.

The role requires significant SITS technical experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and an ability to translate business

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with SITS in a technical capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Tribal SITS functionalities, configurations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead on technical integration developments and cloud discovery.
• Maintain upgrade and system infrastructure to ensure reliable operations.
• Collaborate with the Registry team, IT and stakeholders across the institution.
