Job summary

Guildhall School of Music & Drama seeks a SITS Technical Manager to develop, support and enhance the student records system (SITS). You will work with the Assistant Registrar – Student Database Support to lead on integrations, cloud discovery and ensure ongoing upgrades, while collaborating with the IT team and stakeholders across the institution.

The role requires significant SITS technical experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and an ability to translate business

Job description

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are a prestigious, specialist higher education institution with taught degree awarding powers, looking for an experienced SITS Technical Manager to work with the Assistant Registrar – Student Database Support to develop, support and enhance all aspects of our student records system (SITS).

The School has recently signed up to the Tribal HEFS contract, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on technical integration developments and cloud discovery. The role holder will have a high level of autonomy in determining appropriate approaches and priorities to ensure new projects are delivered alongside maintaining the upgrade and system infrastructure.

The role holder will join an experienced and friendly Registry team and will work closely with the IT Team and stakeholders across the institution.

We are looking for a candidate with significantexperience working with SITS in a technical capacity, with in-depth knowledge of Tribal SITS functionalities, configurations, and best practices and preferably experiencing of managing system integrations. The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

This role is eligible for hybrid working.
