Job summary

London Square is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the Technical Manager across project compliance and delivery. The role is site-based with occasional travel to the head office in Uxbridge, working with project managers and engineers to facilitate efficient, safe construction delivery.

The candidate will coordinate activities, manage documentation and apply current building regulations and standards to design and construction stages.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator.
• Ability to deliver design aspects on time, to budget and quality standards.
• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
• Knowledge of modern construction techniques and high-rise builds.
• Awareness of the latest products and specifications available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across projects in line with standards.
• Manage project documentation to support delivery and compliance.
• Assist in ensuring construction projects are executed safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to enable delivery.
• Site-based role with occasional travel to the head office in Uxbridge.
