Cityscape Recruitment is seeking a Technical Coordinator for a site-based role on a Windsor residential development. The post involves coordinating design and technical information to support successful delivery of high-quality homes.

You will work closely with the Technical Manager and project team to coordinate architects, engineers and consultants, review drawings, and manage information flow to meet programme deadlines. A proactive, detail‑minded communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating architects, engineers and specialist consultants.
• Good understanding of residential construction and development processes.
• Knowledge of planning, building regulations and warranty requirements.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical information from architects, engineers and external consultants.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and coordination.
• Manage information flow between consultants, subcontractors and the site team.
• Respond to technical queries and resolve design issues during construction.
• Monitor drawing schedules and ensure timely information issuance.
• Liaise with planning authorities, building control, warranty providers and utilities.
• Support discharge of planning conditions and technical approvals.
• Attend design, technical and site progress meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and company requirements.
• Support delivery of sustainable, energy-efficient homes.
