Job summary

London Square is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the Technical Manager across project workstreams. You will coordinate technical activities, manage documentation, and help ensure construction projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards.

The role is site-based with occasional travel to the head office in Uxbridge, collaborating with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience as Technical Coordinator / Senior Technical Coordinator.
Ability to deliver designs on time, to budget and quality.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and current industry standards.
Knowledge of modern construction techniques including high rise concrete frame and high-risk buildings.
Up-to-date knowledge of best practice and latest products and specifications in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Support the Technical Manager in all technical aspects of the projects.
Coordinate technical activities and manage project documentation.
Assist in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to standards.
Site based with occasional travel to head office in Uxbridge.
