DXC Technology is seeking a Site-based Desktop Support Engineer for a secure location in Warton, with occasional support at Samlesbury and Preston. The role requires SC Security Clearance and the right to work in the United Kingdom.
You will provide on-site field support, installation, servicing and repair of systems, and you will liaise with customers and client engineers to gather requirements and resolve issues. A solid grounding in engineering principles is essential.
Site based engineer on a secure site at Warton, with possible support provided at other site within the vicinity – Salmesbury and Preston as examples.
Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may also be subject to nationality requirements where these are necessary to meet UK Government or contractual security obligations.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5-hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00.

This role is primarily site based at Warton, but will involve support for supported sites such as Samlesbury aswell as adhoc support opportunities.
