You will be part of a dedicated team of IT professionals, reporting to the EMEA Service Desk Manager. Your role will involve providing technical support to our internal staff, including field-based consultants and office-based employees across 30 different global locations. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a dynamic IT environment.
Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10/11.
Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
