Job summary

The Access Group is hiring an ERP implementation professional to onboard new ERP customers, guide through change, and maximise value from software investments. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, configure systems, support data migrations, and deliver user training to drive adoption.

Day-to-day you will manage multiple customer engagements, balance priorities, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new ERP customers, managing implementation projects to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an adviser throughout the implementation journey.
• Configure systems, support data migrations, develop project documentation, and deliver user training to drive successful adoption.
• Continuously improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance service quality, customer outcomes, and time-to-value.

Your skills and experiences might also include

• Experience working with ERP or financial management software in a consultancy, implementation, or end-user capacity.
• Understanding of core business and finance processes such as purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training, and presenting to a variety of stakeholders.
