Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our UK team. You’ll partner with senior leaders across the business, providing insight to support decision-making and drive performance.

You’ll own financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring information is accurate and meaningful, and help shape cost strategies that align with business goals. We value collaborative problem-solvers who can translate data into clear recommendations and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, management reporting or similar.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication with both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Professional finance qualification or working towards one.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders across the business, providing insight and challenge to support decision-making.


• Own financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring information is accurate, complete and meaningful.


• Analyse cost performance, explain key trends and drivers, and provide recommendations that support business goals.


• Work closely with finance colleagues to improve reporting, share best practice and support continuous improvement.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, management reporting or a similar finance role.


• Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.


• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.


• A professional finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, or working towards one.
