• Experience supervising contract activities and site visits.
• Proven track record in health and safety compliance.
• Experience with social housing is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor contract activities, ensuring productivity and profitability.
• Ensure works are resourced, delivered to quality standards, on time and within budget.
• Compile management reports on operational activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Promote best practice and safe working methods.
• Place customer experience at the centre of all activities and stakeholder interactions.
• Manage employee performance, coaching and development.
• Support training and development for teams.
• Monitor and maintain company assets including vehicles, tools and PPE.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
