MXM Contractors Ltd is seeking a supervisor to oversee a team of 10-20 operatives, ensuring services align with KPIs and company strategy. The role includes deputising for Contract Managers, upholding compliance, and driving high standards across multiple sites in the Greater London area.

You will manage resources, coach staff, and escalate issues while maintaining strong client liaison and health and safety practices. Site visits are weekly, with a focus on timely delivery and budget adherence.

• Supervise a team of operatives (10-20) to meet KPIs and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and contractual constraints.
• Identify training needs and contribute to learning plans.
• Cope with health and safety responsibilities across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Survey, plan, schedule and coordinate work streams with client and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and non-statutory legislation and requirements.
• Escalate issues to Contract Managers as appropriate.
• Lead and coach team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Visit sites weekly and monitor delivery to optimise staffing.
• Provide technical support to works planner when needed.
• Record work details, photos, and approve variations with client.
• Direct sub-contractors to complete work on time and to standard.
• Investigate issues and take action to address revenue losses.
• Lead health and safety matters for operatives and sub-contractors.
• Support Toolbox talks and customer service delivery per agreement.
• Manage materials and equipment to maintain stock levels.
• Promote best practices in housing maintenance and drive improvements.
