Mears Group in Cambridge/Cottenham is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead repairs and maintenance across occupied properties under a social housing contract. The role blends office and field work, with responsibilities for safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You’ll manage operatives, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, and liaise with clients to ensure resident satisfaction while upholding company standards and policies. Benefits include a company van and other well-being packages.

Qualificações

• Experience as a supervisor in social housing environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and quality standards for housing repairs.
• City & Guilds (or equivalent) trade qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to lead damp and mould repairs teams.
• Resident-focused communicator with problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied homes.
• Ensure works meet contractual, legislative, and quality standards.
• Plan workloads, allocate operatives, and manage KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop repairs staff; conduct site visits.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
